Creekside Farm, Dean & Vera

Creekside Farm sells cheese curds and yogurts from Crystal Springs Creamery.  Located in Osceola, Crystal Springs Creamery is a small family owned business.  The cheese curd varieties include:  WoodFired Pizza, Dill & Garlic, Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt, Ranch, and Sundried Tomato Basil.  The yogurts are available in 6 oz. and 32 oz. containers in the following flavors:  Plain, Peach, Orange Pineapple, Blueberry, Honey Strawberry, and Raspberry.  Come visit their booth year-round on Saturdays and during Tuesday Market (May-October).

The Wedge, Rachel Shenk

After many years of involvement with the Goshen Farmers Market with Rachel's Bread, Rachel Shenk is now a cheesemonger at her cheese shop, The Wedge.  Passionate about cheese, she carries sixty or so different kinds, both from Europe and North America.  She carries some local and/or artisan cheeses, too.  Rachel enjoys serving her customers with a smile and can offer recommendations for cheese boards or special events.  Stop by and feel free to ask for a sample!  Come visit her booth on Tuesdays (May through October) from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Fridays 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (enter by the market's back door) and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Vintage Meadows, Katrina and Ryan Schrock

At Vintage Meadows' booth you can find an assortment of raw cheeses.  From Green Gold Cheeses in Howe, IN they offer raw, grass-fed cheeses available in Farmstead, Garlic Pepper, Jalapeno, Monterey Jack, and Colby.  They also have raw cheeses from Lykens Valley Creamery from Millersburg, PA available in sharp cheddar and wood smoked cheddar.  Come visit their booth on Tuesdays (May through October) and year-round on Saturdays.
