James and Kate Lind of Sustainable Greens in Three Rivers, Michigan have been actively farming since 1996. They were one of the first market vendors when the Goshen Farmers Market opened in 2000. Best known for their lettuce, James and Kate offer Arugula, Salad Mix, and Spicy Salad Mix, in addition to other produce.
For 15 years Sustainable Greens had a regular delivery to numerous restaurants in Chicago. However, life on the farm has settled down since then and they now primarily sell to the Goshen area including the co-op, Maple City Market, and area restaurants.
