Ginger Hill Farms

Linda of Ginger Hill Farm has been dehydrating fruits and vegetables for many years and joined the farmers market in 2015.  She is passionate about using up produce which might be seconds so it does not got to waste.  She offers fruit rolls in a variety of flavors, dried apples, pears, peaches, and pineapple.  Ginger Hill Farms also offers dried mushrooms, corn, zucchini chips, and tomatoes.  No sugar, no preservatives, and no coloring are used in their products.  Visit her booth year-round on Saturdays or during Tuesday Market (May-October).
