Join us at Silverwood Mennonite Church on Saturday, August 15th from 9:30 am to 4 pm to learn valuable resources, an in-depth talk, hands-on labs, and interactive discussion. Participants will attend the full day workshop, enjoy a complimentary lunch, and receive a take home product.

About the Event
Join us at Silverwood Mennonite Church on Saturday, August 15th from 9:30 am to 4 pm to learn valuable resources, an in-depth talk, hands-on labs, and interactive discussion. Participants will attend the full day workshop, enjoy a complimentary lunch, and receive a take home product. This class is taught by Purdue Extension.
Lunch will be tamales, rice, and salsa from a local vendor. Each class participant will receive a workbook, and a $5 voucher to redeem at the Goshen Farmers Market for fruits or vegetables to get your canning started! An optional pressure canner dial gauge testing is available following the workshop for $5 (cash) per item to test. Be sure to bring the gauge and the lid if you'd like to do this.

Class Registration for One
This ticket includes one cooking class registration. This class includes a provided lunch of tamales, rice, and salsa or you may bring a packed lunch. Attendees will receive a workbook, a take-home product, and a $5 voucher to the Goshen Farmers Market.
