About the Event
Join us at Silverwood Mennonite Church on Saturday, June 20th from 9 am to 11 am to explore the benefits of eating a simpler plant-powered plate this summer - one that focuses on fresh, seasonal foods that will nourish you from the inside out! In this Field to Fork class, you'll learn how to take a plant-forward approach using ingredients straight from the garden (or market) to create meals that are quick, easy, nourishing, satisfying, and sure to please a crowd.
We'll shift the focus away from "dieting" and toward eating for your health- supporting your energy, mindset, and your well-being in a way that fits your real life.
You'll also enjoy a live cooking demo and hands-on experience featuring simple, plant-powered recipes and practical tips you can start using right away. Eat well. Feel Better. No diet required.
