About the Event
Join us at Silverwood Mennonite Church on Thursday, September 17th from 6: 30 pm to 8:30 pm. Registration is limited to one child per adult, with each child required to attend alongside their registered adult. Have you ever wanted to know how to use herbs to make marinades or sauces to elevate your meats that you grill? Join us for a hands on class to learn more about using herbs such as basil, cilantro, rosemary, and parsley to pair with grilled foods such as chicken and pork chops.
During this workshop you will learn how to utilize herbs that you can grow or purchase to incorporate into everyday grilling to elevate the flavor and nutrition of your dinners. Participants will each create a dish hands on during this workshop and take recipes home to share with your family.
